Regional Arts Fund Supports Arts Projects Across Queensland

The Australian Government’s Regional Arts Fund will provide over $160,000 funding for 6 regional arts projects in Queensland, with funding managed by Flying Arts Alliance.
With 49 submitted Community Project Grant applications, this round has shown the highest demand on record for the Regional Arts Fund in Queensland in recent years.

Regional Arts Fund Community Workshops Overcome Barriers for Regional Artists

Arts practitioners, workers and communities in regional Queensland will have the opportunity to refine their knowledge about the Regional Arts Fund through a series of free community workshops facilitated by Flying Arts Alliance, thanks to strategic project funding from Regional Arts Australia on behalf of the Australian Government.

RAF Quick Response Outcome: Greta Stanley at BIGSOUND

Thanks to a Regional Arts Fund Quick Response Grant, Greta Stanley’s full band and manager were able to accompany her to showcase at BIGSOUND 2018,  Australia’s leading new music festival and industry conference held annually in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. Read more about her experience here.
