Eligibility

See our How to Apply page or the Grant Guidelines for full eligibility criteria.

How much can I apply for?

Funding for up to $30,000 is available through this grant program. There is no minimum amount. Funding is available through annual or multi-year agreements, subject to available funds.

We highly encourage you to speak with a RAF Officer if you are applying for an amount greater than $20,000 as a large funding request may be unachievable where round funds are limited.

What can I use the money for?

Regional Arts Fund grant funds may be used toward the cost of producing the project including but not limited to:

  • artist fees (artists should be appropriately paid)
  • travel costs (including international)
  • materials
  • venue hire
  • equipment hire
  • insurance
  • project administrative costs
  • disability access costs

Purchase of assets up to $5,000 will only be considered where it is demonstrated to be more cost effective than hire. You can only spend grant funds on eligible grant activities as defined in the grant details in your grant agreement.
