Mervyn Moriarty Landscape Exhibition – June 26 – July 28 2025
Coming to the heart of Brisbane’s business district on Thursday, June 26th, is Flying Arts Alliance’s Queensland Regional Art Awards (QRAA), to 1 William Street. Over the course of a month, the foyer will come to life, with an array of impressive artwork from 15 incredible artists, from The Mervyn Moriarty Landscape Award Category.
The Exhibition is one which is set to showcase lunchtime artist tours, which will share the journey behind the art creations and to share the artist’s expression. The Category Winner of the Exhibition, was Victoria Reichelt, titled: The human race has, maybe, thirty-five years left, 2022, Gold Coast, Oil on linen.
Flying Arts Alliance is proud to support emerging artists through the QRAA and the award category prizes are the highest of its kind nationwide.
Each year the Flying Arts Alliance supports artists through showcasing their works at the traveling Exhibition which brings the regional artists to the regions of our Sunshine State.
The winning artist also receives a solo Exhibition, which assists with their artist profile exposure and also giving them more industry experience and professional development opportunities.
