Flying Arts is seeking an Administrator and Membership Coordinator to join our team.
Location: Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts, Brisbane
Hours: Part time to Full-time opportunity up to 38 hours per week. Initial 6-month contract period.
The position is responsible for providing executive assistance, general office administration and coordination of the annual membership program.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Office Administration
- Coordination of the standard, accredited and association membership programs
- Executive assistance to Executive Officer and Chair of Board.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in Arts/Arts Administration/Arts Education or 3-5 years experience in arts administration.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in growing membership programs and services.
