With the exception of workshops conducted in schools and/or as part of community events (such as festivals, shows, public art commissions etc.), Flying Arts' workshops operate on a per head payment basis. The required minimum number for a workshop to go ahead is eight people and the recommended maximum is fifteen unless otherwise specified. Workshop payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant. Travel costs vary between workshop types - see individual categories below and/or refer regional representatives. We encourage bookings made well in advance to minimise travel expenses. In some cases a per head materials levy has been estimated - refer workshop outlines. Workshops for communities and schools may incur an overall materials levy. Some centres also charge a venue hire fee - check with your regional representative. Please note that workshops normally run from 9am to 3pm or 10am to 4pm, including an hour for lunch. Costs table below: |
