Flying Arts welcomes volunteers who are willing to help with specific programs and exhibitions. Contact Flying Arts head quarters for further information about working with us. Volunteers who help out at the youth events must fill out a blue card application, or be a current blue cardholder.

Represent Flying Arts

A key element of the success of the range of Flying Arts’ regional workshops is the network of representatives throughout Queensland. The regional representatives communicate the artistic interests of their local community to Flying Arts, as well as coordinating arrangements for workshops.

Our representatives are often council or gallery employees, or members of their community art group, but can be any active member of the local community involved in deciding which tutor they’d like to host. Representatives normally run workshops that are open to community members or on behalf of an organisation, eg a gallery, school, festival or local council.
